CAMERA crews were spotted filming at Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen's star-studded art exhibition launch party last week.

The furniture designer and TV personality - who lives in a glamorous 17th century home in Siddington with his wife Jackie - hosted a launch party for his first solo painting exhibition Garden of Baroque Delights at Cotswold Contemporary Gallery in Burford on Saturday, September 16.

Many famous faces turned up to support his new venture including rock and roll royalty Status Quo drummer John Coghlan, punk princess Toyah Willcox and her husband, King Crimson guitarist Robert Fripp.

Photographers were also present snapping pictures of the glossy guests as well as a film crew who were interviewing the Llewelyn-Bowen family.

The Llewelyn-Bowen team has confirmed that camera crews were present at the event because the family are currently filming a series called The House of Laurence.

This brand-new show aims to give the public a glimpse into the family's lavish Cotswold lifestyle.

A spokesperson for Llewelyn-Bowens said: "The art exhibition launch party will form part of the huge new fly on the wall documentary series which is currently being filmed at their 17th century home in the Cotswolds and all the other glamorous international locations that host the family as part of their jet set lives.

"It aims to capture their glamorous Cotswold life and their multigenerational living arrangements."

Laurence joked: “I suppose we’re rapidly becoming the UK’s answer to the Kardashians, but since knitwear is so obligatory here in the Cotswolds maybe The KashCARDIGANS would be more accurate!”
