The company has said that the partnership emphasises its commitment to the community, as well as the importance of supporting nearby sports clubs and initiatives.

Moreton Rangers Youth Football Club provides children with the opportunity to engage in football, improve their skills, and learn key values such as perseverance, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Will Down, chairman of Moreton Rangers Football Club, said: "We are so grateful to Backhouse for this sponsorship and the players love their new training kit.

"We do rely heavily on companies for this type of sponsorship so we can provide the right environment and opportunity for our youth teams to enjoy playing football."

Backhouse CEO, Ian Jones, said: "At Backhouse, we firmly believe in the power of community engagement.

"Supporting local clubs like the Moreton Rangers Youth Football Club is not just about providing much-needed sports kit but about investing in the future of our communities.

"These clubs play a pivotal role in shaping the character and well-being of our young people, and we are pleased to be a part of that journey."

The housebuilder’s new development on Evenlode Road features three, four- and five-bedroom homes, with property prices starting from £495,000.
