A new report ranks postcodes in Oxfordshire on their average house price, revealing the cheapest and most expensive places to live in the county.

With constant inflation rises, the opportunity for first-time buyers to get a mortgage offer that is affordable and reasonable is extremely difficult.

This is leaving people either not moving out at all or paying to rent a place instead.

Responding to this ongoing change, Online Marketing Surgery have created their house price report, which helped us rank postcodes on their average house price.

The cheapest area in which to buy a property in Oxfordshire is Banbury (OX16) which has an average price of £290,939.

On the other end of the scale is North and West Oxford and the OX2 postcode, which has an average property price of £900,295.
