First-time home buyers now face a 6.5-year average wait to save for a house deposit - but how does Cotswold rank?
Data has been gathered on house prices and average salaries to determine which areas of the UK take the longest to save.
Make My Blinds' study revealed Cotswold ranks 7th longest.
Based on anticipated monthly savings of 20 per cent of average earnings, locals would need roughly 97.4 months to save a deposit of around £48,214.
Kensington and Chelsea residents face a daunting 9.1 years saving period, compared to Burnley's easier 2.1 years.
